Policies – Cancellation, Refund & Delivery

1. Cancellation Policy
Once a student has completed the admission process and the payment is successfully made, the admission or fee payment normally cannot be cancelled by the parent/guardian, except under specific situations.
Cancellations will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same student and same fee
- Payment made by mistake for the wrong student or wrong class
- Technical issue during the transaction that results in an incorrect charge
To request a cancellation, please:
- Send an email to support@gtacademy.com
- Mention the student’s name, class, guardian’s mobile number, date and mode of payment
- Attach valid proof of payment (screenshot or transaction reference)
GT Academy reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation request after verification and as per school guidelines.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions and are subject to management approval.
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate or accidental payment for the same fee
- Technical error resulting in an incorrect or failed transaction where the amount has been debited
- Admission withdrawal before the start of the academic session, as per school policy
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Admission fee after the academic session has started
- Tuition fee for the period already attended
- Voluntary contributions, activity fees, event fees or special program registrations, unless explicitly stated otherwise
All refund decisions by GT Academy management shall be final and binding.
3. Shipping / Delivery of Services
GT Academy is an educational institution and does not ship physical products in the typical e-commerce sense.
a) Delivery of Educational Services
Access to digital learning content, such as recorded lessons or online materials, will be provided within 24–48 hours of successful fee payment, where applicable. Access details will be shared through the registered mobile number, email or official school communication channels.
b) Physical Materials (if applicable)
If physical items such as books, uniforms or printed materials are provided, the delivery method and timeline will be communicated by the school office. Any related delivery charges will be informed in advance.
GT Academy is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems or third-party service disruptions, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve issues.
